Welcome to Jack on Demand.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

- our mobile applications
- our services
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who We Are
Jack on Demand is a digital marketplace operated by Bilateral Biz Solutions Ltd, incorporated in Mauritius.
The Platform connects:
- Service Seekers
- Service Providers
For the avoidance of doubt, Jack on Demand:
Jack on Demand:
- is not a service provider
- acts solely as an intermediary
- does not employ Service Providers
- does not supervise services
- is not a party to any contract between Users
- does not accept or process payments
- does not guarantee quality, safety, or outcomes
- shall not be liable for breaches of agreements between Users
All service agreements exist solely between Users.
3. Role of the Platform
Jack on Demand operates strictly as a technology platform and intermediary.
Jack on Demand:
- does not hold funds
- does not process payments
- does not store card or bank details
- does not control pricing
- does not mediate payment disputes
All payments are arranged directly between Users.
If payment functionality is introduced in the future, separate terms and regulatory requirements will apply.
4. Eligibility
Users must:
- be at least 18 years old
- provide accurate information
- hold required licences where applicable
- comply with all laws of Mauritius
Non-compliance may result in account suspension or deletion.
5. Account Creation
Users are responsible for:
- safeguarding credentials
- maintaining accurate information
- all content posted
We may remove misleading or incomplete listings and suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or safety concerns.
6. Identity Verification
Verification may be required through DIDIT.
Users may be asked to provide:
- National ID
- Passport
- Business Registration Card
During verification:
- certain features may be restricted
- full access may require successful verification
Jack on Demand does not store ID document images.
Users must exercise their own due diligence when contracting with others.
7. Membership
Some features may require membership.
Membership:
- grants access only
- does not guarantee jobs or income
8. Posting and Performing Jobs
Service Seekers must provide:
- job description
- location
- required skills
- budget
Service Providers must:
- provide accurate skills information
- perform work safely
- comply with laws and licences
Jack on Demand does not supervise services.
9. Prohibited Services and Activities
The Platform must not be used for:
- sexual services
- prostitution or escorting
- sexual exploitation
- child labour
- human trafficking
- forced labour
- modern slavery
- coercion or exploitation
- illegal services
- deceptive marketing
Violations may result in termination and reporting where required by law.
10. Payments
All payments occur directly between Users.
Jack on Demand does not:
- process payments
- store banking details
- mediate payment disputes
- control pricing
11. Communications
Users may receive communications via:
- in-app messaging
- SMS
- WhatsApp (via WATI)
Users may opt out of marketing communications.
Abuse of communication tools may result in account termination.
12. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be honest and respectful.
We may remove harmful or abusive content.
13. User Conduct
Users must not:
- provide false information
- create fake accounts
- harass others
- upload harmful content
- interfere with systems
Violations may result in removal.
14. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for outages or third-party failures.
15. PROFESSIONAL EXTENDED LIABILITY & RISK DISCLOSURE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following provisions apply:
15.1 Nature of the Platform
Jack on Demand provides an online platform that enables Users to connect and transact independently.
We do not control:
- the identity of Users beyond verification steps;
- the quality, legality, or safety of services;
- the accuracy of listings;
- the conduct of Users.
15.2 Assumption of Risk
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- engaging a Service Provider carries inherent risks;
- services may involve physical work, travel, tools, or equipment.
- Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks before engaging in any service arrangement.
15.3 No Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Jack on Demand makes no warranties regarding:
- reliability of Users
- availability of jobs
- earnings potential
- uninterrupted service
15.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack on Demand shall not be liable for:
- personal injury or property damage arising from services;
- disputes between Users;
- loss of income or business opportunities;
- delays or cancellations;
- indirect or consequential damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
15.5 Third-Party Services
Jack on Demand relies on third-party providers including:
- DIDIT (identity verification)
- WATI (communications)
- hosting providers
- telecommunications providers
We are not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by third-party services.
15.6 Insurance
Jack on Demand does not provide insurance coverage for Users.
Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary:
- liability insurance
- business insurance
- workers compensation coverage
15.7 Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jack on Demand, its directors, employees, and partners against claims arising from:
- misuse of the Platform
- breach of Terms
- services provided or received
- violation of law
16. Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended for:
- fraud
- safety risks
- illegal activity
- failure to verify identity
- failure to comply with Jack on Demand’s Terms & Conditions
Users may delete accounts at any time.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.
We collect:
- identity information
- contact details
- account data
We do not process service payments.
Users may request:
- access
- correction
- deletion
18. Tax Responsibility
Service Providers are responsible for:
- declaring income
- paying taxes
- complying with labour laws
19. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms periodically.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
