Important:
Jack on Demand does not store ID document images or biometric data on its own servers.
All identity verification is processed securely through DIDIT, and only verification status is stored by us.

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

- App usage data (pages/screens viewed, clicks, interactions)

We use WATI, an approved WhatsApp Business provider, to send certain updates and alerts.

3. Identity Verification (DIDIT)
If identity verification is required:

- Only your verification status is stored by Jack on Demand

Verification helps maintain safety but does not guarantee a user’s identity—users should still exercise caution.
4. WhatsApp Notifications (WATI)
We use WATI to send WhatsApp messages for:
- Account updates
- Job notifications
- Identity verification reminders
- Support and safety alerts
By using our Platform, you consent to receiving WhatsApp notifications.
You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Only minimal information (such as phone number and message content) is shared with WATI to deliver messages.
